Who we are

Splynt builds websites and marketing systems for service businesses. This policy covers this website and the forms and booking links on it. It does not cover the websites we build for clients. Those are owned and operated by the businesses themselves.

What we collect

Two kinds of information, and nothing beyond them:

• What you give us. Your name, email, phone number, company, and anything you type into a form or a booking request.
• How the site is used. Pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device, and the site that referred you. This is aggregate, and is not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours fall into two groups:

• Essential. These remember your cookie choice and keep pages loading correctly. They are always on, because the site cannot work without them.
• Analytics. These tell us which pages people actually read, so we can improve them. They only run if you accept.

Choosing “Essentials only” is a normal, supported choice. The site works exactly the same either way. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser, which brings the notice back.

How we use it

To reply to you, to run a scheduled call, and to improve the site.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the business (scheduling, email, hosting, and analytics) and they only receive what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept while we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email partner@scaledcreators.com and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
