These terms

These terms apply to using this website and to subscribing to a Splynt plan. Using the site means you accept them. Where a signed agreement exists between us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.

What we provide

Splynt builds and runs marketing systems for service businesses: websites, lead capture, follow-up, and review generation. Exact scope is confirmed on the call before anything is billed, and is set out in the plan you subscribe to.

Billing

Plans are billed at the rate shown on the pricing page, either monthly or annually.

First month guarantee. If you are not satisfied within your first month, tell us and we will refund what you have paid in full. You keep the website and the accounts it lives in, as set out below.

After the first month there is no long-term contract. You can cancel before the next billing date, and you keep the service for the rest of the period you have paid for. Fees for a period already under way are not refunded beyond the first-month guarantee.

What you own

You own your website, your domain, your copy, and your customer records. They stay in accounts registered to your business, not locked inside ours. If you leave, you keep them.

What we need from you

The system depends on a few things only you can supply: accurate business details, timely access to the accounts we need to connect, and a named person who can answer questions during the build.

You are responsible for the content you give us to publish, and for making sure you have the right to use it, including photos, logos, and customer names.

Acceptable use

Splynt may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or for any business or claim that breaks the law where you operate. We may suspend an account that does.

Results

We build systems that give more opportunities a chance to become work. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, reviews, or jobs Those depend on your market, your pricing, and how your team responds.

Third-party services

Parts of the system rely on services we do not control, such as search engines, phone carriers, email providers, and review platforms. Their rules and availability can change, and we are not liable for outages or policy changes on their side.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes are sent to subscribers by email. Questions go to partner@scaledcreators.com.
